Story
Due to the lack of well paid jobs in Romania, many young families leave their homes in search for a better future, abroad. But what happens to the parents that are left alone, waiting for them to come back?
"Family holidays" is the story of an old couple waiting for their children to return and move into the house they are building with the money earned from working in Italy and Spain.
It shows the struggle of trying to maintain contact with the family, that usually only comes together during the holidays.
